I've been with this insurance services company for almost 2 decades and I'd like to take the time to post this review to acknowledge the outstanding customer service from all the ladies at Southwest Ins. Starting with Aidee. Back in May, 2025, I called to inquire about other insurance coverage. She took the time to listen to my concerns and followed up by sending me some important information. Life gets busy so I let a few months go by. We got a 2nd vehicle recently so I called again, this time I spoke to Desiree, she was also very kind, efficient and knowledgeable in her field and helped me out a lot with new quotes with a new insurance coverage. I still had some questions so I called the office again and spoke to Beatriz. She went above and beyond and took the time to explain every single line in my new contract! I truly appreciate her for that. Last but not least, my insurance agent Silvia. She was also very kind, friendly and made sure I got the best insurance coverage for our needs. Every time I called they always greeted me with a friendly tone and never made me feel like I was a bother. I think of them as a powerful team, each team member bringing their best to the table, or like an Olympic 4 x 4 mile relay team!
